Refund and Returns Policy

When a customer receives a defective or wrong item, notify Connie within 72 hours via https://www.conniescollection.com/ or through our contact page.

Connie will ask the customer to return the item in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receiving the defective item or wrong item Connie will refund 100% of the money paid by the customer without the shipping fee within 5 working days.

Connie will not refund any item after 3 days of receipt by the customer and Entering a wrong shipping address will be at your own cost.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address, you should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “left under the table on the back porch.”

Late or missing refunds
